Job Description – Marketing Executive Company: PGH Property Services Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support business development activities, generate new leads and build client relationships for our Facility Management Services. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients in residential and commercial segments. Generate business leads through calls, emails, references and market visits. Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company's services, including housekeeping, manpower solutions, landscaping, pest control, civil maintenance and other facility management services. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and presentations. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients. Support the team in achieving business development targets. Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing or business development. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication. Willingness to travel and meet prospective clients. Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn. Knowledge of English, Hindi and Kannada is preferred.
