Scout creators across Instagram, YouTube & other platforms 2. Reach out, coordinate and negotiate with creators 3. Brainstorm content ideas, hooks & trending formats 4. Manage campaign execution and content delivery 5. Track creators, deliverables & campaign performance 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 1. Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & short-form content 2. Good communication & negotiation skills 3. Creative mindset with an eye for trends 4. Organized and comfortable managing multiple creators 5.
